With the Holiday season upon us there are some items that we should be aware of to ease daily life in the Pineapple Plantation community.

PARKING; Please use your driveways and garages as much as possible to allow delivery, emergency, service and guest vehicles safe and clear passage in the community.

Roadways: With the cooler weather and School vacations the roadways will be busy with bikers and walkers. Please watch your speed and remember the stop signs.

Personal safety: Remember lights and light colored or reflective clothing while out, it is getting dark early in the evening.

REMINDER:
Parking all day in any Cul de Sac is prohibited by PPPOA Rules.

SAFETY:

To help allow the free passage of emergency vehicles coming to the aid of you or your neighbors please park in your driveways and not in the street if possible.
This is the time of year that it is dark later in the morning and earlier in the evening.
- Please wear light colors, reflective clothing, and carry a lighting device while walking.
- When bike riding, use front and rear lights, check and replace any broken reflectors. Wear light colored or reflective clothing.
The Board of Directors of Pineapple Plantation, for the safety of all residents and guests recommend the adherence to the Stuart Police Department’s suggested use of golf carts in the community for those who have carts and their guests. Pamphlet attached HERE.
