Board of Directors Dear members of the Pineapple Plantation Property Owners Association:
Unfortunately, there has been much confusion regarding the upcoming Annual Meeting that was scheduled on February 15th and 25th with regard to its date and time as well as some of the processes involved utilizing the Zoom platform. Because of that, we have decided to CANCEL the Annual Meeting the 25th / 15th and appropriately reschedule it giving clear and appropriate written notification as well as election processes that will be in total compliance with both the letter and the spirit of Florida Law. Expect to see the first meeting notification later this month and the Annual Meeting at an appropriate venue in late March or early April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it has become painfully clear that doing so is the fully transparent and proper way to go. With Kindest Regards, Karl Chalupa, President With the Holiday season upon us there are some items that we should be aware of to ease daily life in the Pineapple Plantation community.
PARKING; Please use your driveways and garages as much as possible to allow delivery, emergency, service and guest vehicles safe and clear passage in the community. Roadways: With the cooler weather and School vacations the roadways will be busy with bikers and walkers. Please watch your speed and remember the stop signs. Personal safety: Remember lights and light colored or reflective clothing while out, it is getting dark early in the evening. Have a safe and happy Holiday Pineapple Plantation Board of Directors REMINDER:
Parking all day in any Cul de Sac is prohibited by PPPOA Rules. SAFETY:
